I stayed for three nights in two rooms on the fourth floor of the 1000 building, where I experienced an early check-in with a friendly staff member. It seems that the 1000 and 2000 buildings might be older or less maintained. The property has 24-hour security, including a front gate and a nighttime patrol, which is reassuring. My room was quite basic, and I found the bed to be hard and uncomfortable. The staff used regular flat sheets instead of properly sized fitted sheets, which made for a poor sleeping experience. The pillows were flat and uninviting, and the air conditioning unit made a squealing noise that disrupted my sleep. Additionally, the door was difficult to open with the room key, and children running in the hallways added to the noise. The ice machine was inconveniently located far from my room, and while the pool was decent, the scattered chairs made it less enjoyable. The biggest issue was the elevators, which were out of order throughout my stay, making it a struggle to carry luggage up to the fourth floor. Overall, I had hoped to enjoy my time here, but I don't think I will return. Security staff were nice. Housekeeping staff were distant and unapproachable.

NO lo recomiendo para nada, estuvimos hace un par de semanas y dejaron salir al perro de mi hija, que es de apoyo emocional Dog Service y lo dejaron escapar, no nos quieren mostrar las cámaras, solo nos dieron una fotos donde se 6 personas alrededor del perro, que solo pesa 5 pounds, estamos devastadas, mi hija está en un estado depresivo, no tenemos respuesta de ellos para nada y eso que se hacen llamar Pet Friendly, las fotos solo demuestran la incapacidad del staff, no hablan ni inglés ni español, no tienen idea por lo que estamos pasando en estos momentos, nosotras lo único que queremos es transparencia y saber realmente que fue lo que pasó y se niegan a mostrar las cámaras, muy claramente dicen que abren las habitaciones al tercer o cuarto día para limpiar, pero el de nosotras lo abrieron y miren por la desgracia que estamos pasando, le preguntamos al staff quien abrió la habitación para saber lo que pasó y ni siquiera hablan inglés, me parece una gran irresponsabilidad de parte de todo el hotel, hasta de sus managers ya que hablamos con ellos y no responden por nada, solo nos dijeron que nos podían regalar 5 días gratis dentro de 2 años, la verdad que no tienen vergüenza, acaso 5 días gratis compensan con el dolor que estamos atravesando, esto es muy duro y me voy a encargar de desprestigiarlos si es posible a nivel nacional, porque lo que hicieron no tiene perdón, nunca vamos a olvidar su irresponsabilidad, así olviden a este hotel y mucho menos lleven a sus perritos…

I unfortunately had one of the most distressing experiences at this hotel. I traveled with my service/emotional support dog, and on Saturday morning, while I was away from the property for a short time, the hotel staff called to inform me that my dog had escaped from my room. It has now been over two weeks, and I am still desperately searching for him. Despite repeatedly reaching out to corporate for answers, they have refused to provide a full explanation or release the security footage surrounding the incident. If you are traveling with your beloved pet, I strongly encourage you to reconsider staying at this property. I would never want another family to go through the heartbreak that mine is experiencing.

Called 3 times about the shower not working the last person I talked too was awful, just asked when we were leaving. The rooms are old but clean and AC stinks musty and moldy

Room was terrible!! The AC was running but it was so damp and humid that it never cooled down. The person at the front desk could've cared less. The bathtub created so bad when you stepped in that you thought you were gonna fall through the floor. And a small child had an accident on the splash pad and when maintenance was alerted, it took way too long to show up. Other parents had to step in to warn everyone not to use that area. The pictures online ARE DECEIVING!!! The pools are tiny. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Great location, bar needs more staff, disgraceful there's 1 server during world cup matches, lady clearly overwhelmed. Bathrooms need overhauled, we've been in 2 rooms during our stay.both stink of pee!!

I stayed from June 19th–21st and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The lobby looked nice at first, but once I got to my room everything changed. The room smelled bad, the bathtub was filthy, and they had a tub mat sitting in the shower which made me question how clean everything really was. There wasn’t even a fitted sheet properly on the bed. Saturday morning I woke up and found a roach on the shower curtain. On top of that, I almost hurt my toe walking into the bathroom because of how awkward and unsafe the bathroom door setup is. The shower itself was another issue—I almost slipped and fell twice because the tub sits higher than the bathroom floor, making it feel unsafe getting in and out. To make things worse, on my last day the elevator was broken and I was staying on the 3rd floor while carrying a lot of bags down. Garbage cans were overflowing, the entire hotel had an unpleasant smell, and breakfast wasn’t even included—you had to pay extra. They did offer to move our room, but by that point we already had everything unpacked and honestly, the room should have been clean and ready before guests check in. I’ve worked in hotels for years and I’ve never experienced conditions like this. For the price paid, this stay did not live up to expectations at all. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it

The hotel was nice, gated security gave the extra comfort. I never seen wooden keycard which was pretty cool. On the downside, the breakfast buffet food was cold, possibly due to my early arrival. Additionally, my even-numbered room faced the interstate, and unfortunately, the windows and doors provided very little soundproofing, it sounded like the Indy 500 outside all night long. If you're sensitive to noise, I’d recommend requesting a room away from the highway.

The rooms are fine. Not 3 or 3 1/2 stars fine but fine. The location is good and the in and out is convenient, but the undisclosed fees are unacceptable. I had two Amazon deliveries made during my stay. Unbeknownst to me for some unknown reason, the delivered them in 5 packages. And also unbeknownst to be the hotel CHARGES $5 per package delivered to guests. (They didn't even deliver you go to the front desk and get them). So, they charged me $30 for me to walk down to the front desk to pickup my packages. A charge that wasn't disclosed to me when I booked. As I travel a lot for work and for personal getaways, I have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels and NEVER been charged a few like this. And that it was undisclosed to me at the time of booking is NOT RIGHT. Although the staff was politite, when asked about it they offered to do nothing rather just repeating a talking point that management had clearly coached them to give. These sorts of fees undisclosed at the time of booking (or check check-in) are unacceptable and just another way to bilk guests out of their hard earned money. Heck, Amazon doesn't charge for shipping sometimes hundreds of miles and Rosen decides they can charge me an undisclosed fee for me having the privilege of me walking across the property myself to get packages? Tsk tsk.

The place is clean and the people are very nice. But the walls are so thin. You can hear what's going on in the next room. Plus the people walking by outside feel like they are in the room with you. I like Rosen but but I you stay in International Drive instead.

It was such a good hotel!! But the toilets broke every single time we used them.

We went this weekend for June 12-14th for my wife’s birthday weekend our first night was TERRIBLE!! The service was outrageous our AC wasn’t working the first night we had our 1 year old with us we called the front desk like 3 times we waited over a HOUR for someone to come fix our unit the maintenance man was very RUDE !! He made us feel like we didn’t know what we were talking about and my wife is currently experiencing this experience really stressed us out on top of that our bed sheets had so much hair on it the room was not clean at all !! Overall the hotel will not be on our list to revisit and we booked this place for the splash park come to our surprise IT WAS CLOSED FOR SERVICE please if you could find another hotel to stay at !

Great location close to attractions. Beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. Bonus are the pools which this time of year is a welcome treat with scorching weather. The grounds are impressive with beautiful plants. This place is well taken care of and it is peaceful and quiet.

I booked the hotel on Priceline and the reviews showed a decent value for this hotel located near Disney property and not far from Universal and SeaWorld. Check-in was fairly quick. There was a convenience store located in the lobby where you can purchase Disney tickets and souvenirs, as well as a game room. Housekeeping could’ve been better, as the beds were not made during my stay, despite that they kept adding towels. There was a knock on my room door pretty early one morning that I told them to wait an hour. Check-out was also fast. There were plenty of spaces to park for just $10 a night. WiFi worked fine throughout.

Llegamos al hotel sobre las 23:00, el mismo día en que teníamos previsto hacer el check-in, después de un largo día en un parque de atracciones. Al entrar en la habitación que nos asignaron, nos encontramos con que no estaba correctamente limpia: había pelos en el baño, jabón usado, restos de pasta de dientes y la alfombra de la habitación tenía un olor extraño. Además, tras estar unos 20 minutos tumbado en la cama, empecé a notar picaduras por todo el cuerpo. Por el tipo de reacción y la situación de la habitación, parecía que en la cama podía haber chinches o pulgas. Por este motivo, no nos sentimos cómodos ni seguros quedándonos allí y tuvimos que marcharnos de madrugada para buscar otro alojamiento, con el inconveniente y el sobrecoste que supone reservar en el último momento en Orlando. Nos explicaron que la limpieza de habitaciones se realiza cada cuatro días y, en nuestro caso, no había personal responsable disponible por la noche para gestionar adecuadamente la incidencia. Solo había atención por parte del personal de seguridad, a quien sí quiero agradecer su ayuda, ya que intentó asistirnos y nos facilitó una crema con corticoides para las picaduras. También nos comentaron que, al tratarse de un alojamiento que admite mascotas, a veces pueden ocurrir este tipo de situaciones. En mi opinión, precisamente por admitir animales, la limpieza y la desinsectación deberían ser especialmente rigurosas, especialmente antes de entregar una habitación a nuevos huéspedes el día…
