What diners say — our read

Diners raise cleanliness often enough to notice — and on this one the state inspector agrees with them. Opinion on front-of-house is split — those reviews land at 3.0 on average. Cleanliness is the next most common subject, in 25% of reviews (averaging 4.0).

Of the 21 rated reviews, 9 sit at four stars or better and 9 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (7 of 21).

The inspection record is the harder read. DBPR graded this kitchen a D (60/100) on 3 high-priority, 2 intermediate, and 10 basic violations — a verdict the review average does not reflect. The visit behind that grade was May 20, 2026. The trend across inspections is decline. That puts it ahead of 4% of graded kitchens in Orange County. For specifics, the last inspection cited food from approved source and potentially hazardous foods properly thawed.

There is no tension to resolve here: reviewers and the inspector reached similar conclusions. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

I used the hotel’s airport shuttle service, and I handled all of my luggage myself from start to finish. The driver, who had a strong body odor, kept demanding a tip. I apologized and told him I didn’t have any cash with me that day, next time I would, he kept making sarcastic comments, complained about me to the other staff, and even said he was going to charge me. I told him to go ahead, and he actually tried to come over and confront me. The whole experience was awful. To make matters worse, his driving was incredibly impatient. During an eight-minute ride, he honked for no reason, refused to yield to pedestrians, and drove in a way that was completely unprofessional. It seriously damaged the hotel’s image.

I'll be staying here again in the future. My review fron 2022: It's a bit worn & Marriott around the corner is nicer however the price differential makes it well worth it as staff is awesome.

Staying here is hit or miss. This is my second stay and the living room side of the suite smelled like wet dog. The couch was all stained and the seats sunk down into the frame. Bed and bathroom fine though. First stay the room was nice and clean and fresh. Nice breakfast options though which make it an easy morning to eat and get on the airport shuttle. But don't think you'll sleep in past 9 if that's your schedule because the cleaning crew is in full force by 9.

They would not let me cancel my reservation nor use the money paid for another hotel in a different city due to my flight being cancelled which was beyond my control. Please avoid this hotel if you book in advance

First time checked in here , clean and quiet room, double bed and couch bed in living room, mini sink area by side, perfect design for family travel to Orlando international airport. Easy and smooth front desk, always welcome home !

5/5 – Great staff, especially Rosa at the front desk and the housekeeping team. The room was exactly as advertised—spacious, comfortable, and clean, though somewhat dated in appearance. Breakfast was decent, but it was not quite on par with the full Sheraton experience, and there was no lounge access. What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. Rosa at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout our stay. Their outstanding service and attention to detail made the experience worthwhile and left a lasting positive impression.

This hotel is now paid parking. Avoid..

  • June 8, 2026

Staff is rude, the rooms are extremely old & dated, and the front desk did not make me aware that the shuttle runs every 30 mins when I told him what time I needed one. Very disappointed in this stay.

Great location and great customer service. Only complaint was there's hair on the tub floor and one of the queen beds has one side of the bed that looked like someone was laying on it previously. I recommend the place though. Parking has a charge. Breakfast isn't included in most room rates. I would like to request trash bags in the trash cans so I can leave the bag out and hand wash soap please.

Very disappointed with our experience at Orlando Suites. We booked a room for our family, and nowhere during the booking process did it ask for the names of the other guests. When our family arrived exhausted and just wanting rest, the front desk Ana refused to let them in, repeatedly saying it was "for security" even after we showed all the booking confirmation and proof needed. What made this situation even more frustrating was how unhelpful and dismissive she was. Trying to get help from customer service was almost impossible because everything was AI automated. When we finally got through to someone from Booking, even they said it should be common sense that our family should be allowed into the hotel with the confirmation reservation. After a long day of traveling, this added unnecessary stress and frustration. Customer service and communication seriously needs improvement.

Very outdated location. The mattresses are absolutely terrible. So worn that there’s a hole in the center that you fall into. Promise yourself back aches. Will not stay here again.

It’s by far the worst Marriott-managed hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Upon checking in, both terminals had broke NFC and didn’t work for Apple Pay. As a Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I was informed that I would enjoy 1) free breakfast; 2) a welcoming gift. It’s by Marriott’s standard offered at all Marriott facilities. Next day, my hotel invoice showed a charge for breakfast, I called the hotel, and was told that I should have stopped by front desk and ask for a breakfast voucher. And, a welcoming gift never happened either. It’s a hotel of disappointment.

Room and hallways all smelt bad. Very run down and not clean feeling. The staff was nice tho! We checked in and left after getting to the room.

Id honestly give this hotel a 2.5 stars. We decided to stay here with goport the night because our cruise. This is my 7&10yr olds first time ever in a hotel, and I would not recommend. Shuttle service from airport was a 40 minute wait, even though you give them a heads up while booking what time fights are. The shuttle drive was going 60 in a 35 on our way back to the hotel. When arriving and checking in, they tried to get me to pay for a room I already paid for with goport. Maybe that as go ports faul, but heart dropped for a minute. We decided to try the resturant in the hotel, worst service I have ever had. The waitress Rebekkah we had, had absolutely no manners. No hello, no thank you, no what can I get you. Dropping menus at our table, not even handing them to us. When I kids ask if she had footwear, we got a simple no.. ok then we asked for orange soda.. that was also a no. She never even tried to give us drink options, as if she couldn't even talk. There Verizon of a long island ice tea was the grossest thing we have ever had, who made it.. of course you guessed it Rebekah. Did even dare to ask for her to remake it, because she seemed like the type of person that would say no or make a scene. We just wanted to eat after a long day traveling from NH. We ended up having a different waitress cash us out because she was that unwelcoming. Let's move onto night time. Worst sleep ever. Pillows are so flat, not even two pillows help. You can hear everything going on on the…

Nice clean hotel very close to MCO

  • April 21, 2026

It was a good experience. Wish the hotel was more diverse but it was a nice stay. The pillows were great. The doors to the balcony were a bit heavy to open but none the less a good time.
