Been patronizing this place for years. I had the most disappointing experience just today. I ordered a half soy chicken as usual but this time the 1/2 chicken was so small that it fit into a smaller container. The staff should have informed me of their small size so a proper decision could have been made. I voiced my disappointment but was only told that the chicken was small. Not providing the normal amount but charged the same money, it's just bad business practice. I'm pretty sure I will not be returning to this restaurant again. I hope management will do something to make things right.

Visited this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation, and they were right. The food was delicious, especially the roasted pork and duck. We had their roasted duck and BBQ pork noodles. The flavor is spot on and satisfying. Parking is very limited because this area is super busy due to many restaurants nearby. This is the Mills District, so be patient finding a parking spot. The restaurant is a typical Chinese restaurant, with no fanfare. Service is prompt and friendly. Pricing is great for the amount of food served, definitely a value-added restaurant.

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing, mainly because of the attitude of one of the older female servers. Throughout the entire service, she seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was not a single smile, and her overall attitude felt cold and unprofessional. The most uncomfortable part happened during the payment process. I usually review the bill first, then leave a tip, typically around 25%. However, while I was checking the bill, the server showed a rude attitude and asked an inappropriate, unnecessary question, like whether the bill included the tip. It made the situation very uncomfortable and felt disrespectful as a customer. It ruins my experience of having a meal in this restaurant I understand that working in the service industry can be stressful, but basic courtesy and professionalism are essential. I hope the restaurant will pay closer attention to how its staff interacts with customers so that others do not have the same negative experience.

First time here. Menu is more Vietnamese than Cantonese. The BBQ Duck last flew in 2019. It was not cooked today, most likely not this month. Kind of rancid and greasy. Scallion pancake was the best I ever had. Crispy and light. The pan fired noodles were good. The BBQ pork I had to pick out. Also tasted spoiled. Avoid the BBQ and you’re probably OK. The service was amazing.

Like all the reviews say, the duck is great. The half duck for $20 is a big portion. But the Singapore rice noodle dish, mid. Absolutely covered in curry powder, felt powdery eating it.

Ordered Hot & Sour Soup from Tasty Wok and it was incredible!

I’ve been going here for years. You have to get the garlic ribs. Straight 🔥🔥🔥 with good customer service.

For two people, we may have overordered but it was well worth it! We started with the minced beef and cilantro soup, which had a generous portion of beef and was not salty. The cilantro was just right and not overwhelming at all! The rest of our food trickled in with the beef with bitter melon, steamed chicken, and char siu. The protein in each dish was very tender and delicious! The steamed chicken came with a graded ginger dipping sauce on the side that gave the dish some pizzazz! My dad said it was spicy but it wasn’t to me (as a ginger lover). I would recommend all the dishes we had and it’s hard to pick a favorite. My dad is a tough food critic and he had no notes on any of the food we ordered (and could t pick a favorite dish either lol). Service was great and food came out quickly! And I honestly felt we got so much value for the price as well! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back when in town!
