I wanted to go to Kelly’s, but my husband insisted on Twistee Treat because of traffic.. boy was he right for once! They were awesome, friendly and the toppings were fresh!

Best ice cream and service! I was there with grandkids last night Oct 17th. Sammy fell down and got hurt. The manager came out with a first aid kit and helped us! I can’t thank him enough! What a nice guy! He went out of his way to make Sammy feel better! Thank you! On the second visit, Iliana was very nice and sweet to my grandchildren. She is an excellent employee.

Love the original Twistee Treats! Ive been coming to them since childhood & the originals are still the best hands down.

My family rushed to get ice cream as we just left a scrumptious dinner at king crab and as we arrived about 10 min till closing the workers never acknowledged our existence until it closed even tho we were standing right at the window. The workers told the family prior to us only cones were able to be selected but the family told them absolutely not. They served that family and told us they were closed and shut the doors in our face . Not cool as my kids were so excited.

Terrible customer service, waiting in line 10 minutes before closing, workers opening the door to serve but won’t acknowledge us knowing they are closing soon. Only to then tell us they are closed at exactly 10:30 on the dot and slammed the window in our face. A simple acknowledgment that we were there would have been okay but to keep looking at us and purposely wait the time out just to not serve us is beyond unprofessional. Make sure you have people who actually care about your business and your customers working for you.

Came and ordered 3 cones with sprinkles and the young lady thought it was funny to hand a cone that was melting down the side of the cone and when I mentioned it I was ignored

Don’t get me wrong, We absolutely love Twisty Treat, but no Large twirls? Really……

I come to this place all the time and the ice cream however this last visit the lady on 3 pm shift acted like she was offended because I stayed ice cream was made to the side, I wasn’t rude nor did I required any changes. I simply asked for a cup and she quickly hanged it to me with a nasty look..no napkin no spoon no apology. Once we were finished we used the side water faucet to wash our hands and clean the area for about 2 seconds and she came out of the building with a visible attitude saying I could’ve asked for bathroom keys. I told her it wasn’t necessary as we just needed a tiny bit of water and left no mess. She clearly have issues with any comments and don’t know how to warmly approach customers. The young man was courteous and provided good service.
