REGAL OVIEDO MALL

New chairs are in need of WD40 or some sort of treatment. They make quite a bit of noise as you are in the process of reclining, or un-reclining. Can be rather distracting while watching a movie for sure.

Currently here getting ready to watch a movie. Hot as heck, feels like no a/c running. Escalators to get upstairs are broken. And the reclining chairs to not go back enough. The sound is also turned way up, painfully so and mixed to be all bass. For a dying mall, you need a better anchor theater.

Love the new reclining seats with food table. Seats at clearly marked and every row has a lighted label on the floor.

Needs work and more open stores. Theater escalator has been out for months. Hard on us older folks.

Charging $1 extra on each ticket because they upgraded to recliner seats, money hungry smh

Love going with the kids never crowded, staff is great helpful and keep the place looking great and running smoothly.

The ticket checkin person today at 11:00am did not offer anyone their 3D glasses, did not even mention they have glasses available right next to them, did not seem to care at all. Almost everyone watched Toy Story 5 3D without 3D glasses today at 11:15am viewing. Management, train your staff better to do their job and actually care more. No one will want to go back after experiencing such a poor service.

The staff is polite and kind. The popcorn and drinks are fresh. The theater itself is neat and clean. What else can one ask for?

If I could rate this review 0 stars, I would. Extremely rude employees that would ignore children walking into a R-Rated movie unsupervised but give me and my friends a hard time watching a horror film when our friend left his ID in the car. We ended up leaving and scrapping the Movie. This isn't the first time its happened but its definitely the last because my friends and I agreed to never come back here. I highly recommend people to actually go to a regal theater or anywhere else because this place is truly a disappointment.

I had dinner in the mall and had a take home box. They refused to let me in the theater. Im not going to eat the food in the movie, I just don’t want to throw it away. We come here a couple of times a month. Not anymore!!

Rules are inconsistent. They are making it very hard for parents to keep their kids busy in the summertime.

My favorite movie theater in the area. The staff is always nice and helpful. There’s reclining seats and a ton of movie options.

Saw the new Mario movie with my daughter and her family.

Had a very poor experience here with the Manager. Movie didn’t have audio, the attendants did a great job and were quick to walkie talkie their manager inmediately. However, it took 3 different attempts for him to get out. It took about 20 minutes. Instead of apologizing, he immediately deflected blame on his team saying “I wasn’t notified.” He then got very defensive. I stayed with a calm tone the entire interaction and he was very rude. Veryyy poor experience and doesn’t represent the Regal brand. Very disappointing.
