Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An average alone would undersell where this place is now. When front-of-house comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 2.7. Wait times is the next most common subject, in 38% of reviews (averaging 1.8).
The single most common rating left here is 1 star (10 of 21). The split is 9 positive to 12 negative across 21 rated reviews. How food arrives shows up in 19% of reviews as well, averaging 2.0.
None of that is visible in a star rating: the most recent DBPR inspection graded this kitchen a D (69/100), citing 1 high-priority, 5 intermediate, and 8 basic violations. Diner sentiment and inspection result are measuring different things here, and only one of them is checked by the state. The visit behind that grade was January 13, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. Ranked against Seminole County, it is safer than 9% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited dishwashing facilities and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
Both halves of this page point the same unflattering way, which at least makes it simple. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Very good wings. We like to try a different flavor every time we go. Had Jammin Jalepono and it might be the best ever. Great service, great people.
-
Called to express my concern in regards to the quality of food. Spoke to manager Tim who provided HORRIBLE customer service to assist an upset customer. Took 12 minutes to get ahold of a manager and tried to say between the time of pick up and calling my food would be cold of course. Don’t recommend this location if you are looking for customer service and quality of food.

Team member Cent was very courteous and attentive during our dinner. She is a fabulous representation of BWW

Seating was quick and easy. Not may were there for a Thursday night. The waiter wasn't very attentive. We had to request drink refills, food wasn't all that great. Over cooked onion rings, horrible presentation with the buffalo chicken sandwich and over cooked wings. We had to constantly look for our waiter. Definitely won't be returning for mediocre bar food.

Wings didnt have enough sauce for take out the last time I was here had to ask for more but gave it another shot on the way home from work just waited 15min to be acknowledged even though there were 2 tables 4 employees including manager on floor food was posted to be ready and here I am 20 minutes later still waiting for my food 35min after posted time for take out not convenient at all can I speak to an actual manager please?

They forgot us at the front waiting for 15 mins, after being notified she came to us from the back taking off gloves as if she was doing dishes. Then when I said I wanted a booth for a second time she said I have yo wait even longer as there's only 2 people working. 30 mins waiting for them to just clean off a table that is already cleaned. Crazy rude and not friendly as if im to blame that she hates her job!!! As im writing this review she came up fighting disrespectful

they don't pay attention to their people. took forever to seat us or even take an order. crazy

Had an issue last week with DoorDash not giving all the food. Tim the manager took care of it without hesitation. Awesome service and food was good. Definitely recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings.
-
Love the wing selection, the sports tv, and a wide variety of beers. Great place to chill with your mates or BFF
-
I don’t leave reviews but this place was a terrible experience.
-
There is no sense of urgency with the servers or bartender. A slow Sunday lunch took forever to order, forever to get a beer, we had no utensils when the food was served...

New update March 14, 2026. Last night for the second time in three weeks, we walked out of wild Buffalo wings in Sanford, Because even 80% of tables were available but they can't accomodate us due to lack of enough server for party of eight. Because of my first review, somebody with owner title was begging us to give him a second chance. That's why I was naive enough to ask my friends to give him a second chance. Suspecting it will be a mess all over. When I told Tim "the manager" about the second chance it's the worst thing in completely denied, telling us that he's following the corporate policy. Some policy turning down paying customers. Small or large group the service is so slow and awkward that every time in the past, we had to go get plates and utensils next to the bar to start eating the food on the table getting cold. Previous review late April We have been going to wild Buffalo wings in Sanford, Florida for quite few times and every time hoping that someday the service gets better. the management never realized they're losing lot of business due to poor service. Waiting for our table because they had shortage of waiters, every time every time picking up our own utensils, because of poorly trained employees, servers. Last night was the last draw when, seven people in our group walked out. Normally we try to give the manager a chance, But considering lack of good service continued for such a long time that even in charge manager couldn't/didn't want to make any…

I left my purse by the bar 3/20 around 8pm and I called them to ask if I left it there and the man on the phone said yes. When I went to pick it up they had no idea what I was talking about and said there was no purse here. I don’t think that employee lied 🤥 And on top of that the wings made me sick

Food was atrocious. Ever since Hooters close down I’ve been looking for a good wing spot. I used to like Buffalo wild wings, but they fell off from what they used to be a few years ago. I decided to try them one more time and I can officially say that I’ll never come back just because the wings are just plain awful. The flavors are good, but the wings themselves are dry small barely have any meat on them and just isn’t worth the money you’re spending for it.

Went with my family last week, it was my daughter birthday. Staff was horrible and there was roaches on the floor. Place is very unsanitary don’t go here unless you want food poisoning
-
Jarissa was great. Very professional and attentive. We will be back again soon.
