Ordered take out today June 28th, 2026. What’s up with your wings now ? They use to be much larger and not over cooked …….it what makes ale house really good . Are these just bad batches ? Over cooked , hardly any meat on them and small …I am EXTREMELY disappointed with you guys ….please make your wings better than this ……you all are better than this

let me tell yall what these people did bc i ordered off uber eats bc aint no way if i was in their establishment would they try a human like this!!! 1st of all the driver was there for at least 7 mins waiting. i am literally 5 mins away with no car. 12 mins.. fresh food right??!!! WRONG!! 1st of all the bag had a horrible smell!! i knew the food would be garbage. finally got the bag open without throwing up. ok chips and dip with the meat on top.. why does the dip look mixed, like u gave me someone food they left on their table after stirring it up!!!!. never ever had i got chips and dip with chorizo and its mixed in from this location and this is not my 1st time ordering from here and around the same time, just a different day of week!! didnt even eat it.. smelled HORRIBLE!! bacon cheeseburger and fries.... why is all the food lukewarm bc my driver was there for over 7 mins waiting and was here early let the app tell it.. ate 3 or 4 fries.. nope.. cold.. not even lukewarm... just disgusting.. burger was stink and i am not pregnant.. u could smell it when u opened the stankass bag bc the bag stinks bc of the food inside.. the bottom of the containers are greasy, like someone had on used stankass gloves... EWWWWW YUCK!! THROWN IN THE GARBAGE.. ALL OF IT.... ASAP!!! i didnt even bother trying to get my money back from uber bc it was only $20 and my driver got over a $3 tip so YALL GOT THAT!! BUT I GUARANTEE I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN UBER OR IN STORE. YALL SUCK AND I WILL…

The staff is very nice and polite. The food is good. The only complaint I have is our second time here, we went to watch the Finals Game 5 and it started to storm and caused the satellite dish to stop working and all the TVs went black! After 10-15 mins it came back on and everyone got excited but a few mins later it cutt off again!! So we took our food home and watched the rest of the game there.. KNICKS WON.. would of loved to have watched and experience that surrounded by other fans. So dont go here to watch a game if its supposed to storm!!!

I stopped by Miller's Ale House to watch a game with a few friends, and it ended up being a great choice. The place had a lively atmosphere without feeling overcrowded, and there were plenty of screens so we could easily follow the action. Our server was friendly, kept our drinks refilled, and checked on us regularly throughout the evening. The food arrived surprisingly fast, and everything was hot and fresh when it reached the table. Between the good service, relaxed environment, and reliable food, I can see why so many people keep coming back.

The food was bland.

The Big Red was amazing. The kids enjoyed their meals especially the ice cream. I had an issue with my meal that was handled very promptly by the manager. Service was a bit slow but we were enjoying the games.

The atmosphere was great and Carly, our server, was very very good. However, the food was so so salty we didn't take our leftovers home. Better talk to the chef

2 people were working in the whole big restaurant ...won't blame the server.. she had so many tables

The mac and cheese was dry and pasty and lacking that creamy cheese flavor I was expecting. The chicken was dry. The ravioli had so much raw garlic that my daughter said is was like biting into a raw clove of garlic. The dumplings were good. The server was amzing very polite and helpful. She even brought us a glass of hot water to warm my grandson's bottle.

It was ok steak was a steak cooked decently but overall just a place we found that was open late and wasn't waffle house

Get together with long time friends...server Lee was excellent and had no problem with us being there long time. Desserts were the best. Potstickers so yummy

We had a large group and they served us well, no complaints.

My husband and I were out eat here all the time and it was our first experience with Amber. She was absolutely amazing. Kind, attentive and super efficient. Thank you Amber for adding to our wonderful evening.

We sat at a table for at least 10-15mins while several servers and bartenders walked by and didn’t even greet us. There were maybe 10 other tables in the restaurant, so no they weren’t busy. Edit: we ended up going to Ford’s Garage and the service was prompt and everyone was willing to help everyone there! The atmosphere and food were amazing!!!

Rude rude and Lazy Manager...

I really do not know about the food. The service we never got it. She said it a minute, which was fine with us But about 15 minutes later and workers walking by us either running menus back up to the front or empty-handed. Or just going back up to the Hostess stand two of them visiting. My big complaint ,the problem I had was, none of them could even stop and say, hey can I get you a water while you’re waiting? They was not that busy. As I said, the bartender took up a stack of menus to the front The Hostess and another girl walked by a couple times as well.

This place sucks for service!

Best service we've had at a restaurant. Our team came in after their game, a bunch of 12 year olds and our waitress was amazing with our large group. Im sad that I cannot recall her name.
