RED ROBIN GOURMET BURGERS & BREWS

The food was good. My grandson introduced me to this resturant. The waitress was very nice. Even though it was very busy she checked in at our table a few times. It was clean. The only reason i gave the food a 4 star was because of the french fries. I like my fries crispy. The ones I ordered was not crispy. I did take them home and airfried them and they were ok.

I hate to write this but it we came in at 11:30 am and you would think just being open it would be in better condition. Walked out due to unsanitary conditions. The Women’s bathroom was in terrible condition, It looks neglected. There is scum built up around the faucet (very disgusting), the walls have fluid stains on it. Lastly, the tables had food residue still on it though it was wiped down. We did not even want to order, so we chose to leave. We’ll definitely not return to this location. The health department should visit and give their assessment.

my daughter and I stopped in today to have lunch host took forever to see us. They just opened for lunch and he’s busy on his phone then he came over to us, asked us how many he said hang on a minute so he going to clean table. The place he wanted to seat us, this wouldn’t work high chair would be right in the walkway of everybody coming in , then he didn’t know where the high chairs were or he acted like he couldn’t find them I don’t know why the tables weren’t already clean prior to opening we get seated. The highchair is disgusting. It needs to be pressure washed. The tables were sticky. My daughter went to wash her hands in the restroom. She said the restrooms were horrendous , so we ended up, leaving without even ordering, or greater by anyone we would not recommend it unless this place gets overhaul with a deep clean.

Tonight was our second visit. The first time we came here we got outstanding service, and yummy burgers. We also had a manager come to the table because it was our first time eating there, and received a free appetizer on our next visit! We absolutely came back. Also to note, I have a gluten allergy and they do a spectacular job on allergies. I haven’t had an issue and the food is SO GOOD. Best gluten free buns around for a gluten free burger. They also have a dedicated fryer for french fries! *WIN* Mercedies was an excellent server and was so kind and attentive. If you want a damn good gluten free burger, and great service, come here!!!

Great Burgers

I don’t know what they’re doing to there burgers in the back but i want whatever there doing to them done to me. A.1 Steakhouse best burber of all time.

We were at the Red Robin in Sanford, Florida. (I think it was store 550) We had a large group, at lunch time (12:30-2:30), for a little family gathering. It was pretty busy, but not real noisy, and the music was very low, so no one has to shout above it to be heard. Our waitress, Alyssa, was absolutely fantastic. She was very attentive to our needs. She kept out drinks filled, brought napkins galore, and cleared the dirty dishes quickly. Alyssa was cheerful and welcoming. The manager, Mitch, came to the table and introduced himself, asked how things were going, and let us know if we need anything to let him know. The food was really good. My burger was cooked with pink in it, as I requested, perfectly!! The fries were hot, and plentiful. The appetizers were wonderful 😊 My only regret about this Red Robin is that it's a 3.5 hour drive to it. We get there once, or twice a year when we visit family. Go there. Eat. Have fun! ☺️

If you come with a 11+ group of people on a Friday night the restaurant will not accommodate tables for you. I wasted a whole hour waiting for 2 tables to split our group for them to tell us there might be another 45 mins and even then they may still not get us a table. Went to Texas Roadhouse, waited 10 mins and we got our food 15 mins after. Don’t come with a big group cause they don’t have the capacity to serve big groups.

We had an amazing experience at Red Robin thanks to Lindsey! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out great, and she checked on us often without being overbearing. Lindsey’s positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made our visit enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back and hope to have her as our server again!

They took too long to provide a pick up order that was ready 20 minutes ago. Only addressed certain customers which was odd and I waited for twenty minutes after telling three people that I had a pick up order that was supposed to be ready.

My husband got a Togo burger here on the 7th of May in the evening and he said it was the best customer service he has ever had. Go red robin! We will come back for sit down service.
