Conspicuously absent: price, which no reviewer brings up. The split is 22 positive to 4 negative across 26 rated reviews. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 19 of the 26 reviewers who rated.

Horrible experience with the services. We got in line to secure our spot.. of 11 people We waited 43 minutes yes we counted we noticed another group was being seated . We approached the waiter who put us on the waiting list and he had nothing to say he moved on with a smile no care no apology just smirk and moved on. We approached the manager told him about anddd yes nothing was done he just apologized. 11 costumers won’t change anything but I assure you we will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN. Thank you for nothing.

Did the whole waitlist, got there was told 15-20 min waited 35min went back in was told another 20 min, So disorganized just tell the people the truth 50min wait time instead of trying to keep them there, be HONEST

By far my worst experience here. I live 15 minutes from a different location but I’ve always came here simply because of the great customer service. This time I was failed. I was told when I walked in it would be a 20-25min wait, no problem it’s Father’s Day I understand. I waited over 43 mins to be seated with multiple people being sat in front of me due to online waitlist taking priority of customers that’s actually waiting to be seated inside of the establishment. After going to be the front multiple times to see what’s the hold up I was finally seated. They’ve definitely lost a customer and local business owner. It was fun another broken egg but it only takes one time of disappointment for me not to cut ties.

I had a great experience at Another Broken Egg Cafe. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The menu offers a wide variety of breakfast and brunch options, from classic favorites to unique specialty dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. It's a great spot for a relaxing breakfast, brunch with friends, or a weekend treat.

Look out for the pinks flowers! The hostess will rat you out if your a new customer. 😂 My waitress Lila was fabulous, made great suggestions and even covered the calorie count on the apple fritter french toast. Little things like that make a huge different when providing service. I ordered the apple fritter french toast as recommended along with the house made sausage. The french toast was great. The sausage was good but a bit on the salty side, in this instance. it complimented the sweetness of the french toast. Overall, good meal excellent service and great atmosphere.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We waited nearly an hour for our order, and the explanation we kept receiving was that the kitchen was "backed up." However, the restaurant was only about half full, which made the delay difficult to understand. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication. We were told "just two more minutes" multiple times at least three different timesbut our food never arrived. After waiting so long with no clear update or resolution, we decided to leave. Good customer service starts with honesty and communication. If there is going to be a significant delay, customers should be informed rather than repeatedly being told it will only be a couple more minutes. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations, and we left very disappointed.

This place have amazing food. The Loaded Bacon Gouda Grits are so delicious. The handmade sausage is very tasty. The cinnamon roll French toast is really good also.
-
The lemon blueberry pancakes was not what is supposed to be. No lemon zest was added! It took about 30min for the food to arrive.
