MILLERS ALE HOUSE

Ruined my daughter’s birthday at her favorite restaurant… my baby turned 9 yesterday and she wanted millers (she loves the calamari) we got there at 7 waited about 5 mins and we were seated … she came over about 5 mins later took our drink and appetizers order.. about 10 mins later the calamari came out with no drinks … my kids ate … the server then came back over to take our order with still no drinks at the table by this time the app was gone we are about 25 mins in at this point… drinks come I had a salad with my order after waiting about another 30 mins I assumed my salad was coming out the the prime rib I ordered.. about 5 mins later the server brought out the salad .. we are now at the table for 1 hour and 25 mins before the food finally hits the table… I ordered med prime rib .. it was cold and dry it was as if they cut it sat it in a plate of Aujus and left it in the window for a hour and a half while there created the rest of the food… my husband ordered a well done burger … burger came out rare with too pieces of cheese thrown on top… at the point he’s annoyed I asked to speak to a manger… manager came over didn’t introduce himself or seem to really care that we waited a hour and a half for food that was horrible… I even told him my kid specifically this place ( the initial plan was rainforest cafe) … he offered to take my husband burger off the bill and my prime rib .. I was starving so I ordered a med cheese burger thinking that would be quick… the same manager…

Yesterday I had probably one of the worst service. We got our appetizers in and when we got them we asked for plates and silverware. Waiter comes later asks if we were ready and we put our kids food in and ask for a few minutes and ask again for plates and napkins. After our kids got their food we ordered our food and once again asked for plates and silverware. In the end we finished our app, we finished our entree and we were never brought plates or silverware until the we were done. My wife was starving and didn't get her burger until 15 minutes after everyones else's food was out, I had to give her my food. I also asked the host to please get a manager but we never got anyone to come. I am very disappointed, I do not want anything for free, the only thing I want is that the service gets better, I was not asking for anything complicated, just simple dine in things. Hopefully this gets to management so that it can be fixed.

The server Matt was very kind, genuine, patient and was very caring. And service was good and quick.

Food was OK at the most but for $80+ it should have been better.

Stacy what is an excellent server the food came out immediately. She handled BUSINESS really quick. Five stars would recommend to anyone who has not came here before. Best experience ever.!!!

Disappointing. While the service was ok the food was not. Ordered a medium rare prime burger that arrived so well done it was gray and dry. Waiter didn’t even stop by to check on the food after it arrived. Since I was starving and didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for a replacement after waiting for over 20 minutes for a table as well, and didn’t want to run after the waiter to complain about it, I just left it halfway eaten. Horrible. Tasted like cardboard.

I had an amazing experience at miller’s ale house! Stacy provided excellent service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. Her positive attitude and great customer service made our visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and works hard to create A great dining experience. I highly recommend asking for Stacy if you want outstanding service. thank you for making our visit so great.

The food was fantastic, the ambiance was great, and our waitress Sabrina was warm and friendly.

I frequent Miller Ale House alot back home. Visited this location for the first time while on vacation. It was very busy for the World Cup games. Stacy that was working ToGo counter was hands down the best person I have ever interacted with at an ale house. Definitely would go back for her assistance.

Great food and service. We have been in Disney area for 7 days and have eaten there 3 times one for a lunch and drinks. we even got a Anniversary dessert as a congratulations for our 52

One of the best millers I’ve been too in a while! Cam Was an amazing server and stayed very attentive throughout our dinning experience! We will be coming back for sure!

Food was absolutely delicious I got the Mimi's fiesta bowl and my boyfriend got the philly and we devoured it both! We watcher the FIFA Word Cup while dining and they had amazing decorations all around the restaurant including server uniforms. Our server Cam was super amazing, he got our refills without us asking and he was attentive and made sure we were okay with everything. He was super quick to get things for us even if he seemed busy, showing he cared about us lots 😁

I'm saying at a local hotel and this restaurant miller's was close and open till two a m. I ordered a classic cheeseburger for pickup. They cooked the burger , a perfect medium , and it was absolutely delicious. I have not a burger in a restaurant cooked, so perfectly.And so delicious !!

I really wanted to enjoy my belated birthday dinner, especially since my friend was treating me, but this visit was one issue after another. I ordered a medium burger with fries, but the first one came out well‑done and the fries were barely warm. Mistakes happen, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The manager apologized and brought out a second burger. At first glance, everything looked perfect — hot fries, good presentation. But the moment I cut into the burger, I found a hair inside. The manager apologized again and brought out a third burger. At that point, I just wanted to eat, so I had half at the restaurant and took the rest home. Today, I went to finish my leftovers and — unbelievably — found another issue. After everything that already happened, this was the final straw. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly unacceptable. Between the repeated mistakes, the hair in my food, and the final surprise waiting in my leftovers, I can’t say I’ll be returning anytime soon. Update 6/17/26: To the owner — I attempted to access the website you provided, but it leads to a dead end. It appears the site itself may not be functioning correctly.
