Melanie’s service was simply outstanding. She was attentive and offered alternative solutions to our order that was creative and exactly what we needed. Small details like her attentiveness and customer engagement really matters, especially when food selections can make or break the experience. She didn’t make us feel like we were a bother and insisted to make the order exactly what we needed. You ROCK Melanie!

I had a great experience at American Social today and wanted to recognize the outstanding service we received. Ariana was our server, and she was amazing—very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I explained that I have food allergies, and Ariana immediately took it seriously. She communicated everything clearly to the kitchen staff and involved the manager on duty, who was a gentleman and personally brought out my food. He reassured me that everything was prepared safely and there would be no issues. That level of attention meant a lot to me. It can be difficult to feel comfortable eating out with allergies, but today I was able to relax and truly enjoy my meal without worrying about my well-being. I want to personally thank Ariana, the kitchen staff, and the manager for making this such a safe and positive experience. I will definitely be back.

Addy & Savannah were my servers and they both were so welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed them both. Thank you, ladies! The food…AMAZING! I had the chicken and waffles and I would get it again. I also got the bottomless mimosas and it was great. I recommend this spot any day of the week.

Amazing dinner spot in Orlando with very cute patio. Our server Jaymarie was the best waitress we have all ever had! So accommodating and nice! This is a great spot for an easy solid dinner with a great vibe.

We had a great experience using American Social to host our wedding welcome party! They were one of the few places who had flexibility in their Food & Beverage Minimums which we were extremely grateful for! Brooke ensured coordination of our final contract was exactly what we were looking for. We did several revisions to our quote and she was very kind and willing, never pushy or annoyed. On this day leading up to our big day the staff was timely, friendly, and very attentive to us and our guests! We used the Freedom Hall with the outside terrace which created a relaxing yet intimate atmosphere for us to spend the extra time with our friends and family. Definitely a location we'd recommend hosting a special gathering!

first ever review bc WTH lol I am from Ft. Lauderdale and the Las Olas location apparently is elite because this location has disappointed me on multiple occasions now. I came out for Mother’s day in May and enjoyed the bottomless mimosas and my server, HOWEVER the turn around on food was pretty slow. My husband and I have worked in the service industries our entire working lives, 10+ years, and we took into consideration that it was a “holiday” and bigger day. This day, the head count was high and the parties were large, so we were patient and understanding. Today on Father’s Day, we tried again as the food was pretty good and they had a TON of open reservations so it worked for last minute. This time we showed up early, reservation at 1:45pm and arrived at about 1:37pm. They sat two groups before us, neither of them with reservations earlier than ours, one without a reservation at all but it was a 2 top, so it was understandable/easier to squeeze in than my 4 top. We ordered food with our drinks as we were STARVING. We ordered donut holes and french toast sticks. The server put everything in on a device AT THE TABLE so I know it was not his fault. (I believe his name was Kevin, I should’ve paid more attention as he was super nice and hunted for grenadine for about 15 min for my teenager, 10/10 dude) We waited 55 minutes. Finished our drinks and nothing. We told our server that we were going to leave and he brought a manager out for us. The manager was instantly holding…

Adeliz was amazing, attentive, and anticipated any need before it was requested. Management should consider her for further advancement within the company.

Alex was fantastic. We had a large group and I never had to wait for a drink. Atmosphere was incredible for the USA soccer game.

I love the food and wine. And the staff is super attentive and really friendly. I have to say that Carolyn (the “Cuban” bartender. Lol) is beyond amazing and then some. Friendly, professional, super respectful and genuine, she always wants to make you feel at home, and does it so well. Which is why I visit American Social and love it.

Went here for the Nextran event, it was a great place! Food was great too!

Emily was amazing!! She was so good to my friends and I. The food was of course amazing, but she really was the best part of my experience. 10/10, would recommend!

We hosted a bridesmaids luncheon, with a total of 25 people, in the back room. We were allowed to come in early to decorate the tables and space as the staff set up. The luncheon went wonderfully! The set up was beautiful, the food delicious, and the staff was excellent. It exceeded my expectations, and was very reasonable priced to boot. I’m so glad we chose American Social to host our event.
