Went there on father’s 𝚍𝚊𝚢 for first and last time around 4pm & , not only ωαs not happy with the food but the food ωαs cold and dry like if it hadn’t been changed since noon, don’t let the pictures fool you and on top of that they charge α automatically percentage gratitude fee like what , that did 𐌉𐌕 for me , I ʟᴏsᴛ my mind not worth 𐌉𐌕 only reason I went there cause every other place around 𐌉𐌕 ωαs full due to being fathers 𝚍𝚊𝚢 like I should’ve known if i̶t̶’s̶ empty i̶t̶’s̶ for α reason I would rather eat Panda Express

1st time going here. Food was okay. A bit too pricey!

We took our family of 6 at 6:30 on a Wednesday night. After being here for about 15 minutes a family completely walked out after asking multiple times for them to cook fresh food. She left without paying. Our family didn’t have anything that was worth eating. Everything was cold and we had to ask them to cook fresh food multiple times. It was 22$ per person and the service was very mediocre at best. It cost our family 150$ and she added 15% gratuity on top of it. She tipped herself 30$. My father’s only words were shut it down. Definitely would not recommend and will we be returning. Staff wasn’t friendly and the bathroom wasn’t in the slightest bit clean. We have had better experiences in Mexico eating at buffets.

First and last time we are gonna be going in there, most of the food was hard or cold, then they never came to our table to refill our drinks, we even asked for a second seafood cracker, and they told me that they only have one in the whole restaurant so we had to share it, the price isn’t as bad since it was $20.95 per person + $3.25 for the soda + 6.5% for taxes + 15% tip minimum obligatory, which it’s 29.64 per person, honestly we wanted to leave 10% tip because the whole place only had like 4 families eating and nobody was able to refill our drinks, but then when I tried to explain that to the lady at the cashier, she started yelling at me that the minimum was 15% obligatory and she keep on yelling that I must paid whatever it said on the ticket with the tip already included, at the end I ended up paying whatever she wanted me to pay since the whole thing was really embarrassing.

Don't waste your money here! No flavor. Boooooooo.

This is the first one-star review I’ve ever left, and unfortunately it was deserved. The restaurant was dirty, the atmosphere was disappointing, and the food was bland and forgettable — especially for such a prime location in Orlando. The worst part of the experience was the gentleman who seated me. The body odor coming from him was overwhelming and honestly made me feel sick while trying to eat. The service didn’t improve after that. After finishing my plate, I waited a long time for a drink refill that never came. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Read all of the negative reviews and this is exactly! What it is the positive ones theres no way they are real reviews, the place is older everything sticky floors tables the boba menu, we went about 4pm my son picked it, i would have eaten anywhere else. The food was sitting since at least noon shrimp tasted like water, I’ve never seen a pan fried dumpling so swollen and soggy from the hot steam it produces under, was scared to even try any more seafood. Charged us 140$ 13 year old(adult) 3 adults, 2 year old and 7 year old, you could spend that anywhere else! We barely cleared 2 plates as a whole they ate a lot of fruit! And they did nothing about it the front man told me the food was fresh since 3pm when i tell you hour old food verses what this was not comparable. Just DONT do it. No one was there when we arrived should have took that as a sign

The food was cold, and they put a mandatory tip when I went to ask for it to be removed the lady got angry that because we didn't give tip, we give tip voluntarily and in places with hot food and good attention, it's not this shitty buffet

Came at dinner food was cold and look like it was up their for awhile . 🤔Didn't know till I paid that they but there own gratuity of 15 percent on to ur check 🤦 keep that in mind cause I didn't know that and I left a tip on table so they made 50 percent tip off me 🤦🤔
