Nuestra experiencia fue decepcionante, no tanto por la multa, sino por la falta de empatía y de atención al cliente. Al llegar, por desconocimiento de las normas de estacionamiento en Estados Unidos, mi papá dejó el vehículo en un lugar donde posteriormente debía ingresar el camión de la basura. A las 5:00 a. m., Miguel, uno de los empleados, lo llamó para mover el carro de inmediato. Mi papá lo hizo sin ninguna discusión y entendió que había cometido un error. Somos turistas y es normal no conocer todas las normas locales. Miguel incluso le comentó que no volviera a hacerlo porque, de lo contrario, la próxima vez sí podrían cobrar una multa de 150 dólares. Por eso nos sorprendió que, al revisar los movimientos de la tarjeta, ya nos hubieran cargado esa multa. Fuimos a recepción para pedir una explicación. Priya nos atendió inicialmente y nos indicó que hablaría con la gerente. Después apareció Yana, quien tuvo una actitud poco amable, cortante y nada orientada al servicio. Sin mayor interés en escuchar nuestra situación, simplemente respondió que la multa era correcta y que no había nada que hacer. Entendemos que las reglas deben cumplirse y aceptamos nuestro error. The parking situation was very odd... I shouldn't be charged $10 per day to park behind a nasty shopping center with a bunch of buzzards all over the place.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences As a Marriott Elite member and longtime guest, I was disappointed from the start by a cold, unwelcoming check-in experience. The main issue arose when we entered our room and found cockroaches throughout it. Baby cockroaches were crawling on the nightstand, bed, ceiling, and inside the closet. I have never seen such a severe infestation in a hotel room.We reported the problem to the front desk and were offered another room. Given the extent of the infestation, we did not feel comfortable staying and requested that our reservation be canceled so we could move to another hotel. Before leaving, we offered photos and videos documenting the infestation so the hotel could investigate and prevent similar issues for other guests. Surprisingly, there was little interest in reviewing the evidence. While the front desk associate was polite and not responsible for the room’s condition, the lack of urgency and concern about such a serious issue was extremely disappointing.In many years of staying at Marriott properties, this was my first experience like this. The room’s condition and the response to our report fell far below the standards I expect from the Marriott brand.

This stay is the best bank for your buck. The property is in great condition and offers both free breakfast and no resort fees. Above all else the service was most impressive. I encountered the kindest most helpful and accommodating receptionist named Miguel. Miguel was a delight to check in with, he did everything he could to ensure a stress free peaceful stay. Pro- Excellent room. Good value for money. Felt safe with families living in all rooms. Food was good. Excellent customer service by reception staff. Location is good. Con- Corridors are freezing cold. Swimming pool is completely outside, didnt feel safe to use as it had no security and no people.

Excellent service and attention at all times

Costo beneficio bueno. Ubicado justo a lado de una plazita donde hay comida y tiendas de 24h. En auto no se demora más de 20 minutos hacia la mayoría de los parques de diversión. Ofrecen desayuno tipo buffet básico, tiene piscina pero no es temperada. La limpieza del cuarto no es muy minuciosa, pero el precio sí es conveniente.

Guest agent was super attentive and welcoming, room was clean and breakfast staff was super friendly.

I would not stay here again. Over the course of 3 days/nights, I found 1 small roach in the tub, 1 small roach in the entryway, and 1 small roach on the ceiling. The coffee maker had old filters in it. The toilet had hair around the base. Location is fine, bed was comfortable, and A/C ran strong.

Second stay here we like the breakfast & nearby restaurants & pool open late!

The staff were great . Our room however , had damp and very dirty carpet. The location was okay, the entrance and parking were in a strip mall. The shuttle bus was very convenient and the drivers were friendly.
