Great service, great food!

Well, I’m pretty much done with this place. I would give -10 If I could ….every time I come here and order food they give me burned over cooked food….. so for the last two scorching burnt nasty food I couldn’t eat. They gave me a gift certificate so today I ordered extra blue cheese dressing for my salad and they put it on my steak. Totally disgusting when I brought it up to the lady she said well that’s what it means when you order extra blue cheese. Well, if I ordered a salad and I put in a note to give me extra blue cheese, why would they put it on the steak and not on the salad? Then she walked off leaving me standing there…. So I went to my truck ( I am an OTR trucker… this is my 1st on truck stop meal in 6 weeks). to call on the phone to talk to a manager, they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up on me….. wow. I’ve been trying to reach a manager for an hour now

My mother and I are frequent guests at this location, and we chose to celebrate her birthday there. Our server, Josephine, provided excellent service throughout the evening. My mother ordered a NY strip cooked medium‑well with a house salad and a loaded baked potato. I ordered a NY strip cooked medium with two loaded baked potatoes. My meal was prepared correctly; however, when my mother cut into her steak, it was extremely undercooked. The steak was taken back, and the manager came over to apologize and assured us the issue would be corrected. When the steak returned, only half of it was cooked to medium‑well while the other half remained undercooked. In addition, the replacement baked potato was not fully loaded as originally ordered. When Josephine checked on us, we informed her that the order was still incorrect, and she brought the manager back to the table. He offered to cook the already‑cut steak a third time, which we declined out of concern that it would be overcooked and dry. He apologized again. When I went to pay, the check totaled $68. Given the multiple issues, I expected some form of accommodation for the inconvenience. Instead, I discovered that my card had been charged $115 for another table’s meal. I returned to the manager, who appeared confused. I explained again that it was my mother’s birthday and that, considering the repeated mistakes, I believed a discount or comped meal would have been appropriate. I showed him both receipts — the correct $68 bill…

Ed, the new manager = game changer. This location is busy, and active but Ed took the time to chat with us and get to know us. He is phenomenal. Thank you Ed! Also our server Josephine was great too!

This is the worst Longhorn I ever ate from. They are Never on time and always burning my steak. They rarely get it right. Leadership is clearly lacking.

Good food and great service. Angie is absolutely best waitress I've ever come across, God bless her.

I love this place come here all the time I came here though on Monday with my sister and I went to the bathroom a staff member was in there using the bathroom went number two and didn't wash their hands I don't know who it was but it was disgusting I didn't even order food just drinks and didn't even get those when this happened and left

Ordered a ribeye with the upcharge mac and cheese and asparagus as my side, pretty solid. Husband ordered parmesan crusted chicken, fries and mash also pretty solid options. Would come back would recommend

No es lo mejor pero si bastante aceptable

When we walked in the door there was a bad odor like dirty mop. There was dust on the counter where you check in and where they have decor set up. My husband noticed it rt away. I said we can leave, but then we decided to just stay. We ordered appetizers & drinks. The waiter was very nice & attentive. As we were sitting eating our appetizers I all of a sudden see my husband jump back. I said what happened? He says “a roach!” I look & sure enough a 🪳 walking across the table & up the wall! But not just any roach a 3 in long 2 in wide 🪳! I said absolutely not & immediately grabbed my bag & got up from the booth to find the manager. The waiter saw me & I told him. He was very apologetic & I said we are leaving. He said I completely understand let me get the manager. The manger came out we told him what happened. He also apologized & asked if we wanted our steaks to go as they were almost ready. My husband said “ no thank you, we are good! Have a good night” We left and will never eat at a Longhorn again especially not this location!
