Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
If these 16 reviews agree on a topic, it is front-of-house. Where the staff comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.5, so it reads as a strength.
What nobody raises here is serving size — it goes unmentioned across all 16 reviews. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 13 of 16. The split is 13 positive to 2 negative across 16 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle.
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (85/100) with 2 intermediate and 9 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That result dates from December 3, 2025. The trend across inspections is decline. That puts it ahead of 30% of graded kitchens in Orange County. What the inspector actually wrote up: cross-contamination.
Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

The Waterford lakes location has been amazing for the World Cup games. Amazing service, fantastic food. Shout out to Shantie for making our visits so special

Got a mountain melt, which might be the best food creation known to man. My biggest issue with it is that I never know how spicy to go. The hot peach flavor is really good. Took a bit long waiting for food and the booth seats were very hard... But worth it for the food.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars! My grandfather, brother, and I came in this past Sunday afternoon (June 14, 2026) for a treat, and Miller’s Ale House at Waterford Lakes delivered as usual! Our waitress greeted us warmly and was incredibly nice, making sure our food was properly served. Shoutout to the kitchen staff as well—everything came out freshly prepared, hot, and delicious. I ordered my absolute usual, the Zingers Mountain Melt with Honey Mustard (captured from a few angles), and it tasted phenomenal. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I also had to try the limited-time Soccer Ball Sundae they are running for the World Cup Finals. The combination of the very warm chocolate cake donuts paired with the cold vanilla ice cream, caramel, hot fudge, whipped cream, and sprinkles was an absolute chef’s kiss! We really loved our experience. We will definitely be back soon!

Great food and great service

No Miller's has never let me down. Tonight was no exception. My son tried the boneless buffalo wings and loved them. The prime burger hit the spot, although if you aren't a fan of onions I would skip them entirely on the burger, as they can completely overtake the flavor on some bites. My wife had the sports bar nachos which could easily feed two people. Nicely topped and layered so you aren't dragging empty chips from bottom of the pile the entire time. Service was attentive and prompt. Another great visit to Miller's.

Great lunch experience at Miller's Ale House in Waterford. Sierra was a great bartender that was always available if I needed something. Spent some time talking to the manager, Malorie. She was very welcoming and friendly! Will definitely return!

Beware of bar take out orders. Fajitas with no toppings, sour cream etc. Frys paid for but not included in takeout bag. I am not going to do their job.
