OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE

Best meal of our holiday. Shrimp were delicious as was the steak. Server was attentive and friendly.

Went here last yr in Aug and forgot to leave a review. Food was okay, just average outback food but had the worst waitress I've ever had. Decided talking to a couple at another table was more important than bringing us our refills etc. Last straw was asking for a container for our bread and then watching her with the bag stop and talk to another table instead of just bringing us our container. Would be one thing if they stopped her to ask her something but she took it upon herself to sit and have a full blown conversation while neglecting us.

Super delicious steak! 🥩 we had a lovely experience at Outback Steakhouse. Quick service, friendly staff, and good value for money. There was no wait and we didn’t book - just walked right in. I would recommend!

We ordered the blooming onion, having seen it raved about online. What we got was greasy and had horrible sauce with it. We also ordered outback mozzarella which was greasy. Bad start. We then waited over 70 minutes for our mains. One side was brought out 20 minutes before the rest of the meal. While waiting I had to ask for a drink on 3 separate occasions before I got one. The manager came and apologised for the wait and assured us our dinner was next out. One steak was brought out minus the lobster and sweet potato side dish. It also had a large vein of gristle running through it. Whilst eating the mains we ordered another beer and a coke. We got the beer. It’s bad news when you visit a steak house and the best thing you eat is the side salad - which was delicious.

Ordered steak and shrimp special. Ordered steak as medium. Steak was not medium but more rare. Tracked down server, and show him the steak. He took back for refire, but still not medium as pictures will show. Disclosure; They did comp my meal but still would like to have eaten a steak.

Very kind and attentive staff. Didn't dine in. Ordered food to go. All of the food was delicious and the order was placed and received accurately. Restroom could use a bit more attention when it's busy.

Christian took great care of us! Very hospitable and funny, we will come back just to see him!

Kitchen couldn't get the temps on steaks correct.

The service was terrible, we chose to sit outside and they never went to attend us, not even water for 15min nothing at all , to be honest they wanted us to leave they kept looking at us and walking back and forth inside and nothing so unacceptable.

Service was pretty good,the staff were friendly. The food was a bit disappointing. I ordered the sirloin with BBQ ribs, and honestly, the asparagus tasted better than the steak itself. The ribs were dry, although the beer was great.If you’re hungry and looking for a place where you can eat for under $40, it’s a decent option. Just don’t go in expecting an outstanding steak,it’s pretty average.

Five of us visited Outback yesterday, and unfortunately the food was not up to its usual standard. I ordered a full rack of ribs, but they were so tough that I had to send them back. The server was helpful and offered a replacement, which I accepted. I was served a New York strip steak instead, and while it was acceptable, the rest of my party had already finished their meals by the time it arrived, so I ended up eating alone. What made the experience even more disappointing was that no discount or gesture of goodwill was offered despite the issue with the meal. We were charged full price, which felt unfair given the circumstances. Overall, the service was polite, but the food quality and handling of the situation left a lot to be desired. A very disappointing visit.

Great food, good Service!

Horrible experience overall. We arrived at 10pm for dinner and there were multiple servers at the stand that didn’t acknowledge us. Finally the host grabbed two menus without saying anything and took us to a table. We witnessed the host turn away multiple parties telling them to go to a different restaurant all because they were trying to close earlier and push people out. I understand they close at 11pm but turning away parties at 10:15 is crazy. Our server was okay but our 1 steak took over 45 minutes to arrive. We also didn’t see our server again throughout the whole meal we ended up paying on the Ziosk and left. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at night unless you want a terrible experience.

Ordered well done steak , and it was so bloody, I literally had to throw it away, cold fries, food was disgusting.

Since the moment they sat me and my family down it took the server 10 to 15 minutes too greet us, apart from that they only had Sirloin and no other type of meat. The server was just wondering from table to table except from mine and didn't even offer bread too keep us from the long long long wait that we had there. And I guess if you don't want to serve people why even let them in. Every single family member was so disappointed and disgusted because of the attitude and lack of attention towards us, that we had to get up and leave, I and my partner order 2 sirloin with lobster tail and when I tell you this lobster tail was as tiny as a newborn feet you would never believe it, also the tiny piece of meat just left me and my kids plate in disbelief and also my partners tail didn't come in the plate. I think this ""Restaurant"" if i can call it that; Needs more attention.
