Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Something changed. Recent visits score noticeably higher than earlier ones. Reviews mentioning the staff average 3.2 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. After that, freshness appears most often — 23% of the corpus, averaging 2.8.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 10 of 22. Behind those, pacing is raised in 23% of reviews (1.8 average). 11 of 22 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 10 are two or lower.
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (81/100) with 1 high-priority, 1 intermediate, and 8 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That result dates from March 19, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. That puts it ahead of 21% of graded kitchens in Orange County. What the inspector actually wrote up: cross-contamination and in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on what it costs, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

The food here is amazing!

every single time I order online, my order is totally wrong (wrong proteins, wrong sauces, etc)., and I have also received someone elses order in my bag before. if they get your order correct though, the food is very tasty. the inside of this location is also very cute. just wish my food would come as I order it. :(

Shockingly, it was my first time here and I definitely would return. The food was delicious, there are quite a few options, and service was good. Pretty dope place!

Order in a group order and got a chicken bowl with veggies and rice with sauce on the side..could not eat chicken pieces they was cold and hard to chew ..no sauce

Went through a period where I quit going because of a regular size bowl order that was a bit on the malnourished side, but am now going back. Got my favorite, Lit bowl, hard to top, and then noticed a new sauce so I tried a ghost fire chicken burrito. Both of these together come out to 30, but it’s my lunch and the rest will be dinner. Hopefully the ghost fire stays around for a while. Super flavorful.

Food always taste great and staff is super cool.

I’ve ordered pick up from here for years, but in the last couple months I have repeatedly found hairs in my packaged food, and been made to wait over 45 minutes at times for an order that should’ve been ready. It’s a shame as I love this place- but they need to step it up for the price point you pay. **UPDATE: I was able to get help in addressing these issues, and felt satisfactory in their promises to improve. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you!

We’ve been here for over 30 minutes and just got our order- with no line, mind you. Halfway through I asked for the cup for my drink, and their soda fountain was room temperature and there’s somehow no ice and no straws I would advise doing some employee drug tests- there’s no sober reason someone took that long while actively preparing the food the entire time. Also, why does it smell like pee in here?? Update: I got home and realized multiple toppings were missing as well as all the sauces. I called them and the girl that answered the phone was very nice and fixed the situation to the best of their ability. I appreciated her, but not whoever made and bagged the food

The spagettis was cold

I got a sushi burrito and picked my own toppings. The fish and toppings tasted really fresh. I would have assumed it would be wrapped in nori but it was wrapped in a flour tortilla. Overall still enjoyed the sushi burrito.

Very good food! Fun board games and old school video games to play while you wait. Decent music.

We really loved this restaurant! 🍣 The sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious — you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and приятная, everything is clean and well-organized. Special thanks to the staff — they were very friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to our friends! ❤️

For the third time in a row my boyfriend and I ordered bowls with missing and misplaced items. I really tried to give this place another chance since it’s close by and as a service worker I understand things happen but I cannot justify returning again. The large vegan bowl I ordered has chicken in it and I was given spicy mayo as my sauce. I have called multiple times and when I select the option to speak with a team member, the line rings for a few seconds then hangs up. I haven’t eaten animal products since I was a child and honestly it doesn’t seem like they care enough to make things right. Like others have said, check your food before you leave and be careful ordering online because you may not even talk to a human about your concerns. I’m giving up and will take my business to another option in the area.

Completely disappointed of the size of the roll I have always eaten at sus hi, for years now I always order millennia or Chickasaw but I was on east colonial area and decided to order three rolls thank god I decided to see my order before driving half an hour to my house and be mad about it, four miserable pieces that don’t even fit half of the container where they serve it, so laughable my wife is going to think I ate half of the roll in my way home, I came back in and the server gave me another one to compensate and that made it better, but he caught about the fact that he made the roll and everything and I’m not debating how thin or thick they’re cut, it’s about the over all size of the roll I spent close to 40 dollars it was so small The first picture shows how one of my rolls came, second picture the 3 rolls I ordered, which I PAID extra to have spicy crap topping (at least $ 6dollars total) and there was no toppings at all such a disgrace the cook should be embarrassed of himself and whoever is managing this location, after making a complaint to him he said “I’ll make you another one bro you got it you get a roll for free” like if I’m here begging for free food I just want to be respected by this establishment, as you see also this one looks more like something you should expect from this brand with actual toppings ( still missing my whole $6 dollars of spicy crab and there ir also a screen shot of my order to show what I was paying for. EDIT I spoke with support…

$30 for a “large” make your own sushi bowl. It was all rice. The lack of protein is a joke and the quality of the fish has gone WAY down. I had to throw the raw tuna away. It tasted like bad bath water. There was no sauce. Maybe the cooked food is better but I’d steer clear of the raw fish.
-
Check your order before you leave. I was missing 2 proteins and the fish that was there was tasteless. I won’t be back.

Excellent!
